Shipping policy

- All orders above 20,000 PKR will be processed with minimum 50% of advance 
- ⁠No refund or exchange on change of mind reason or dislike 
- ⁠No exchange on customised orders
- ⁠Refund policy is only applicable if the product is received by the customer in a destroyed or burnt condition
- ⁠Exchange in size is only applicable within 3-5 days after the order is received
